Kesian..

Currently, Alysa's favourite word is 'kesian'. She uses this word to attract sympathy. Eg. when I changed the channel , " Mama, kakak nak tengok 613 ( PHDC), kesiannnn kat kakak". " Mama... jangan marah adik! Mama tak sayang adik ke? kesiann..kat adik", When she requested for milk & I buat derk tak nak bancuh, " Mama, I'm so hungry...kesiannn kat kakak". The list goes on.. Budak ni memang pandai buat muka kesian. Ntah belajar dari mana ntah??!! Papa kut?? wakaka..

Sehari dua ni Hubby tanak makan nasi again! Reason.. kalau I masak nasi nanti dia makan banyak. ???!!! Ntah apa2 ntah.. Dia yang tak de willpower nak control makan...So, he requested for pasta. But the problem is, the princesses wouldn't eat pasta with red sauce. They only like white creamy sauce. Hish, susah betul nak puaskan hati semua orang. Dah le I pun bukannya rajin nak masak banyak dishes. Since dah makan tuna pasta the previous day, masak le pulak Pizza Casserole.

Pizza Casserole

This is the dish to make if I craved for pizza but malas nak wat pizza dough..

Ingredients:

250gm Riccioli pasta, cooked

1 cup mince meat

3 sausages, sliced

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 jar pasta bake sauce ( I used Leggo's)

1/2 capsicum, chopped

1 cup button mushroom, sliced

1 sliver pineapple, diced

Grated cheddar + mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. In a sauce pan, brown the onion & garlic. Add mince meat. Stir in pasta sauce followed by mushroom, tomato, capsicum, pineapple & sausages.

2. Stir in the pasta. Mix well.

3. Pour into a casserole.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 10 to 15 minutes. Top with the cheese and bake further for 5 to 10 minutes.
