In the meantime, I called PBA call centre. Baru je terang our situation & that we never received the bills since last year..selalunya dapat notis akhir je. Terus dia membebel, tu bukan salah diorang. Customers yang dah pandai guna air, pandai le cari bil kalau tak terima. Duhh! I pun panas le. Ingat kita ada 1 bil je ke nak bayar tiap2 bulan. Nak kena terhegeh2 request kat diorang bil. Dah le bil diorang 2 bulan sekali. Mana nak ingat when we were supposed to get the bill. TM & TNB reti pulak hantar bil, why PBA tak boleh buat benda sama? Dia terus marah jangan nak samakan PBA dgn TM & TNB! Ntah apa2 le si mangkuk ni. Dah kita compare service diorang yang teruk tu bukan tau nak accept teguran.
Another of her rationale bila I tanya why bekalan air kena potong baru this week eventhough dia pun mengaku dah terima payment last week ( after checking in their system ), dia boleh kata dah tarikh akhir suruh bayar end of June & I bayar early of July so mmg le kena potong. Apa la punya alasan. Selalunya orang potong bekalan air ,elektrik & phone sbb nak suruh pengguna bayar. Ni dah bayar kena potong jugak mmg otak kat lutut le tu kut! Mmg geram betul cakap dengan orang yang tak sekolah, at last I gave up. Terus hang up. Apasal le orang2 macam ni boleh diletak kat customer service. Kalau macam ni gaya, baik tak yah ada customer service.
Wouldn't it be much nicer if she said " I'm sorry. It's our mistake since you did make a payment before we cut your water supply. We'll make arrangements to unclamp your meter. Thank you for calling and have a nice day." Then, I'd definitely have a nice day..
Petang tadi tanya hubby dia nak makan cucur jagung or bubur jagung, he requested cucur jagung. So, we had cucur jagung for tea. Cucur jagung ni my adik beradik punya favourite. Tapi ada gak orang yang tak pernah makan. I remember when I made cucur jagung masa kat Perth dulu, my next door neighbour, Nadja from KL siap mintak resepi coz dia tak pernah makan before.
