Puteri Ayra Safiyya

Tiba2 je Adik dapat nama 'Puteri' yesterday. She went to an open house with Cik Jun. So, melawa la jugak siap berjaket lagi. Tak le nampak sexy sangat with sleeveless hehe.. That gown comes with a jacket. K.Jun bagitau, kawan2 dia dok puji adik comel macam baby doll. Peramah lak tu..siap salam semua orang! Eh.. betul ke adik ni.. Kalau dengan we all tak maunya dia salam dgn orang unless mood dia ok.

Since hubby's practise has the name 'Putra', they presumed nama Hubby pun ada Putra. Putra something..wakaka.. Since papa dah putra, anak kena la puterikan? So diaorang kata nama Adik Puteri Ayra Safiyya la..haha..Oooo..patutlah cantik..keturunan putera-puteri..( Ni diorang yang kata, bukan i yang kata..hehe..). Sure kembang-kuncup Adik masa tu kena puji. Well, she just loves attention!

Adik masa tengah ceria..

Adik masa raya..

Yesterday we continued with our fasting. Tekak ni rasa nak makan simple je. So, I made vege soup & Fish with Orange Sauce. Makan dengan nasi putih je. Resepi ni originally from Yani Myresipi ( Salmon Butter Lemon ). Tapi since I didn't have salmon & lemon, I pun modified le ikut apa yang ada. I used orange & Dory fish. Memang sedap giler. Thanks Yani.. Masa berbuka tu Alysa baru bangun tido. Tapi mulut tu sambil makan sambil memuji.."Hmm, sedapnya..Pandai mama masak...So delicious & scrumptious..etc,etc". Haha.. kembang kuncup mama kena puji. Hubby balik lambat sikit after I habis berbuka. Berbuka lambat le dia coz ada patient. Dia pun suka with this version. So, this recipe is definitely a keeper. Here's the recipe :( My version).

Fish with Orange Sauce

Ingredients
5 slices of dory fish
1 orange- squeezed for juice
1/2 cup water + 1/2 tsp corn flour
salt/pepper to taste
cooking oil
corn flour
1 tbs butter

Directions:
1. Seasoned the fish slices with salt. Coat with corn flour. Sprinkle with pepper.
2. Put 2- 3 tbs cooking oil in a pan. Fry the coated fish on both sides until crispy. Set aside.
3. Melt 1 tbs butter. Add the water mixture. Then add the squeezed orange juice & orange zest. Cook until the sauce thickened. Season with salt. Pour onto the fried fish. Serve hot.
